Required Documentation

This four-page document requires the submission of basic biographic information, as well as opportunities for both the applicant and his parents to address specific questions. It is requested that the student applicant complete responses in their own hand on page 2 of the Application Form. Please note that a recent passport-size, colour photograph must be attached at the bottom of the first page in the space provided.  If you have not requested an application pacage, you can do so here

Clergy Recommendation Form

Parents, please fill out the front portion of the form and then provide it to your clergy who will complete the back portion of the form and return it to the school directly.

The information provided in the Clergy Recommendation Form is confidential and intended only to be read by the Admissions Committee of St Paul's High School. Comments on this form will not be disclosed to the applicant, his family or anyone else during or after the admissions process.

If you are unable to do this, please submit a "Letter of Explanation" in lieu of the Clergy Recommendation, explaining your family's religious convictions and/or beliefs, and/or providing your reasons for not being able to comply with this expectation.

The Clergy Recommendation Form provides a structured way of presenting or expressing the involvement of your family and your son in your faith community or other religious organizations. Active involvement in a church, synagogue, temple, mosque or other faith community is one of the key elements that the Admissions Committee looks for in assessing an application.

Optional Supporting Documentation

Letters of Recommendation

Letters of Recommendation are not required, but are accepted as a part of an application. The number of letters and whom they come from are completely at the discretion of the applicant. To be considered, Letters of Recommendation must be submitted prior to an interview. Please note: a Letter of a Recommendation from a teacher does not take the place of the requirement to have a teacher submit the Teacher Recommendation Form.

Report Cards from the Previous Academic Year

Applicants may wish to submit not only the required current year report cards, but also the previous year report cards. The submission of previous year report cards is completely at the discretion of the Applicant.

An Important Note

The Admissions Committee will not consider an application until the file is complete. It is the responsibility of the applicant's family to ensure that all required documents have been sent to the Admission Office in a timely manner.
