Annual General Meeting
Members of the St. Paul's High School Alumni Association (the "Association") please take note that on June 11th, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the President's Lounge, at St. Paul's High School, 2200 Grant Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, the Association will hold its Annual General Meeting. All members of the Association are welcome and encouraged to attend.
At the AGM, the Board of the Association will report on its activities for the year, elections to the Board of the Association will take place, and the below amendment to the by-laws of the Association will be voted on.
Proposed Amendment to the By-Laws of the St. Paul's High School Alumni Association
Article III of the By-Laws of the St. Paul's High School Alumni Association is amended by adding as Section 10 to the said Article III the following:
"Section 10. Term
Directors shall be elected to hold office for a term expiring not later than the close of the second General Annual Meeting following their election"
