About Lawrence
Lawrence grew up as one of seven siblings on a family farm close to Minnedosa, Manitoba. He eventually attended St. Paul's in his final year of school; class of '88.
He started and operated Luxsole restaurant in Winnipeg with his three brothers, and then one of the city's first gastropubs, Luxalune Gastropub over a period of 17 years. While running Luxalune he also co-founded Farmery Estate Brewery with his brother Chris, which he currently operates in Neepawa, MB.
Lawrence is a true farmer at heart, a born problem-solver and independent spirit. He lives on his farm near Neepawa with his wife Erin and three children, Siri, Roan and Kian.
