Students, Parents & Guardians:

Remote Learning Plan Update:

St. Paul’s High School’s current remote learning plan has been in place since Friday, April 17. As we approach the third day-cycle, the administration is requesting your feedback. Your input is important and will help inform remote learning at St. Paul’s High School. Administrators and teachers remain committed to offering high-quality Ignatian education and formation for all students during the suspension of classes. Your feedback is invaluable as we continue this process.

Please click on the appropriate link below to submit your feedback, links will be available until 3:15 p.m. on Monday, May 11, 2020.

We will continue to follow the current remote learning plan until further notice. The administration will review feedback from surveys, along with any new information released by the Chief Public Health Authority and MB Education, and communicate any changes to remote learning to parents and students.

As per the Remote Learning Plan published on April 15, due to the effects of this pandemic on learning, traditional June exams will not occur as scheduled. This means that all students must remain engaged and available for instruction, assessment and evaluation that will be delivered up until and including June 16. After this period, additional learning will take place for students who have not been engaged or successful. Further details will be provided as Manitoba Education releases information.

Lastly, we wish you all a blessed Mother’s Day this Sunday and offer this prayer for all mothers of St. Paul’s:

A Prayer in Gratitude for Our Mothers

Good and Gentle God,

We pray in gratitude for our mothers who have joined with you in the wonder of bringing forth new life. You who became human through a woman, grant to all mothers the courage they need to face the uncertain future that life with children always brings.

Give them the strength to live and to be loved in return, not perfectly, but humanly.

Give them the faithful support of family and friends as they care for the physical and spiritual growth of their children.

Give them joy and delight in their children to sustain them through the trials of motherhood. Most of all, give them the wisdom to turn to you for help when they need it most.

Amen.
