Alumni Parents for Others – Join Today!
“The Alumni Parents for Others mission is to support the activities of St Paul’s High School. Our Objective is to welcome parents of alumni back to the school community to once again contribute to the life of the school through participation in service.”
Alumni Parents for Others is currently recruiting volunteers for the 3rd Annual All Class Reunion, Saturday 26 September 2009.
Lifelong friendships forged by the students of St Paul’s High School are a lasting legacy of the time spent at the school. Parents too, develop close and meaningful relationships through volunteer efforts and attendance at student and school events.
At the end of four years, the students become Alumni of St Paul’s, members of their graduating class. Their connection to the school through their friendships and their shared experiences of a Jesuit education never really ends.
Alumni Parents for Others was established to address the desire of parents of alumni to remain connected and give back to the St Paul’s community, even after their son has graduated from the school. The Alumni Parents for Others takes a leadership role in Alumni and other school events.
Thank you to Mrs Donna Dyce (Brian ’00 and Andrew ’05) and Mrs Irka Semaniuk (Andrijko ’06) for spearheading this initiative.
If you’re interested in joining or to receive more information, please contact Mr Randy Van de Mosselaer at (204) 831-2332 or email rvandemosselaer@stpauls.mb.ca
Please note: The establishment of the Alumni Parents for Others neither detracts nor overlaps with the work of the Parent Guild in supporting the efforts of current St Paul’s students. The two groups exist in parallel support of the overall Mission and Vision of the school.
