The Crusader Cross Country team had their second race in the WWAC conference yesterday at Crescent Drive Park.
The Varsity team was led by Riley MacCharles who finished 2nd overall for the second consecutive week. He was followed by Kahlil Diaz-Hammond (6th) Kris Radke (7th), Thomas Toni (10th) and Chris Schmidt (13) rounding out the scoring for the Cru. The team placed 2nd with 38 points to Vincent Massey's 30.
The Junior Varsity team continued to roll through their competition. Grade 9 new comer Ryan Hutton place 3rd overall in his first race followed by Brad Barylski (5th), Evan Pfrimmer (6th) Salim Belrhazi (7th) and Jordan Sinder (17th). The team finished in 1st place for the second week in a row with a total of 38 points to Fort Richmond's 65.
Next race will be next Wednesday at La Barriere Park.
