Congratulations to the Varsity Crusader Cross Country team who placed 2nd in one of the closest finishes ever at the Provincial Cross Country Championships in Spruce Woods Provincial Park.

The Varsity Crusader came within 1 second of defeating the Kelvin Clippers and winning the championship. Shiloh Johnson once again led the Cru with a gutsy run over the hilly course placing 6th overall. Grade 10 superstar Will Koltek ran the race of his life placing 12th overall and giving the Crusaders a shot of winning the title. The other scores for the Cru were Evan Pfrimmer (12), Graham Lock (11) and James Teschuk (11).

Congrats to all 45 Crusaders runners who travelled out to Spruce woods and represented the school with heart and class.

Well done Boys!
