Alumni Chapter Meeting
Thursday, May 28, 2009
Twenty-five Alumni ranging from the class of 1940 to the class of 2005 met at the Cormark Securities boardroom in the South Tower of the Royal Bank building in downtown Toronto for the 2009 Alumni Chapter meeting.
The meeting was the largest Chapter meeting thus far, and its success can be directly attributed to the work of Co-Chairs Greg Southam ’89, and Arthur Chipman ’93, and Hosts Darren Wallace ’89 and Roger Poirier ’89 who provided a great atmosphere and delicious fare for the event.
The evening included many fond memories of years past at St. Paul’s High School, but more importantly included much discussion of the future direction of the school.
Fr Fogarty explained some of the current practices of the school, like CLC, Kairos, and TFR, that differ from the school the alumni remember, and encouraged all to remain connected with the school through the community website, the alumni chapter, and to attend the all-class reunion in September.
Thanks to all who were able to attend and please contact Greg or Arthur to offer your support and to help plan your Chapter's activities.
