The Crusader for the Day program provides the opportunity for Grade 8 students to spend the day at St. Paul's, attending classes, eating lunch in the cafeteria and to experience what a day in the life of a St. Paul's student looks like. Every effort will be made to pair applicants with a current student with simliar interests so the classes and extra-curricular activities that are experienced are engaging and tailored to each visit. Discover more and register here.
All interested students and parents are welcome to attend our Information Evening. No prior registration is required to attend. You will be treated to a short presentation but most importantly, you will be able to tour our campus with some of our student leaders and meet directly with faculty and staff to address any questions you may have. We look forward to meeting you and your son.
Note: To write the Entrance Test on January 26th, 2019 the applicant must submit the completed four-page Application Form and the $100 Application Fee by Thursday, January 24th at 12:00 p.m. (Noon). Supplementary documents such as Report Cards, the Teacher Recommendation Form and the Clergy Recommendation Form can follow the submission of the completed Application Form, but they must be submitted prior to the Closing Date for Applications.
The fully completed Application Form and all supporting documents must be submitted prior to 12:00 pm, Thursday, February 7th, 2019. In some instances, supporting documents, like second term report cards, may not available. They must be submitted as soon as they become available.
With regard to Clergy and Teacher Recommendation Forms: because we asking a third party (a clergy member or teacher) to complete and submit these forms, your son's application will still be accepted if these forms have not been received by the School. Your son will not, however, be scheduled for an interview until all required documents have been submitted.
This is the second opportunity for Applicants to take the Entrance Test.
Interviews are scheduled Monday to Thursday from 3:30 pm until 5:30 pm and select Saturdays and Sundays during the interview period. The primary method for scheduling interviews is by email. The interview will last between 25 and 30 minutes and will be conducted by a faculty member of the school. Approximately half of the interview time includes the applicant and his parents together and the other half with the applicant alone.
Younger brothers or sisters are welcome to attend the interview, particularly if this makes it more convenient for both parents to be present at the interview. Please note that all supporting documents, including, if available, second term report cards, must be submitted prior to your son's interview.
Letters are mailed to candidates informing of acceptance, wait-list status, or non-acceptance.
Accepted students return Reservation and Enrolment Agreements and Tuition Deposits and/or enter the Bursary (Financial Aid) Application Process.
