Event Coordinators Needed

The Freshman Retreat Coordinator Shadow

We are looking for a volunteer to shadow our current Event Coordinator for The Freshman Retreat. This role is a one-day commitment. The shadow would work alongside the current coordinator to see how we support The Freshman Retreat. This is a daytime volunteering (11:00-1:00ish) opportunity with the date being set on December 12/25 for this year. The shadow would then be in charge of coordinating the event next year. Please email Karen Andersen at volunteercoordinator@stpauls.mb.ca if you are interested.

Grad Convocation Reception Co-chair

We are also looking for a co-chair for the Grad Convocation Reception. This is a daytime, two-day commitment (June 29 & 30/26). You would work alongside the current co-chair who has planned this event for a couple of years. You and the co-chair buy supplies for the event, prepare food and beverages for the event, and are on site for the Convocation Reception. Many other volunteers help with preparing food and beverages. This is a larger scale event that draws a huge number of school community members. Please email Karen Andersen at volunteercoordinator@stpauls.mb.ca if you are interested.

Upcoming Baking Opportunities

We are just wanting to make the parent group aware of upcoming baked goods donation opportunities. Baking can be homemade, or store bought. We accept all baked goods, but it would be appreciated if the baking is labeled as gluten or nut free if it is gluten/nut free. Please send baking in a disposable container. We will be collecting baking for these future events:
