39th Annual SPHS Fashion Show – The Sweet Soirée
The St. Paul’s High School Class of 2026 is proud to present The Sweet Soirée, the 39th Annual Fashion Show on Monday, March 23, 2026 at the Victoria Inn & Conference Centre. This event promotes the latest fashions from local retailers in coordination with Swish Modelling Agency and includes auctions and raffles with prizes from local businesses. Student volunteers create a lively and entertaining show in support of the Magis Fund, a fund that provides financial assistance to students who require assistance to ensure they can be full participants in school life.
Sponsorships are now available at Sponsor Checkout - St Paul's High School
The Fashion Show Committee is also soliciting prize donations for Live, Silent or Rainbow Auctions. For your donation, you/your business will receive recognition on signage at the event, and have your brand in front of parents, alumni, and local business owners.
Contact Kerri J. Moore, Head of Advancement at kjmoore@stpauls.mb.ca or 204-831-2325 for more information about sponsorship opportunities and prize donations.
Although the event showcases the grade 12 boys, parents of all grades are encouraged to attend. Consider gathering your friends together for a fun night out. If you don't know a lot of parents from the school community, let us know what grade your son is in when you purchase your ticket and we will do our best to seat you with other parents from the same grade. This event is a great opportunity to meet the parents of your son’s friends.
Tickets for the event are now available at Checkout - St Paul's High School
If you can’t attend but would still like to support the Magis Fund, you could also consider a monetary donation to be used by the committee to purchase silent auction prizes.
Your support goes towards ensuring all our sons can have the best possible high school experience at St. Paul's.
St. Paul's is seeking a part-time Educational Assistant for Semester 2. The position is a term position from February 2026 - June 30, 2026. For applicaiton details and instructions, click the button below.
Semester 1 exams are scheduled from Monday, January 26, to Friday, January 30. Morning exams begin at 8:30 am, and afternoon exams start at 12:30 pm. Students are welcome to come to school to study during exam week; however, attendance is only required if they have a scheduled exam. The Multiplex will be open from 10:00am-1:00pm on exams days for those who want a workout.
Students are responsible for knowing the dates, times, and locations of their exams. For courses with multiple sections, students must confirm their section number to ensure they attend the correct location.
Only approved items (e.g., pens/pencils, erasers, and calculators if permitted) are allowed in the exam room. Cell phones and smartwatches, meta glasses, etc. are strictly prohibited.
Exam review day is Monday, February 2 from 9:00am-12:00pm. Attendance is not mandatory, but it is an opportunity to review exams with teachers.
Click the buttons below for the Semester 1 Exam Schedule and Academic Policies and Procedures.
Students may come to school to review their final exams and speak with their teachers and counsellors. While attendance is not required, students are encouraged to come to school to look over their exam results. Teacher locations will be posted in the school.
The deadline for students to submit outstanding work to their teachers to clear incomplete (INC) grades is noon on Monday, 2 February. Students have already been informed of any incomplete coursework or outstanding hours required to fulfill their Ignatian Service hour commitments prior to exams. In addition, parents of students with incomplete coursework will receive an email notification on Friday, 23 January, informing them of their son’s incomplete status.
Students are reminded that there are zones in the school that allow the use of phones. These include our student entrance link, Cass gym link, the benches just outside those links, cafeteria and in limited spaces in the Multiplex. In all other spaces, phones should be out of sight and not in use, unless permission by a teacher is granted. Washrooms and change rooms are spaces where phones are never permitted to be used.
As technology advances, other wearable devices such as smart watches and meta glasses are wrapped into this set of expectations. Like cell phones and smart watches, we expect to see the introduction of meta glasses. These glasses will not be permitted in exams and a student with meta glasses should be prepared to bring other prescription glasses instead. The glasses will also be considered like cell phones if found to be on (recording) while in washroom or change room facilities. Simply put, it is better to not bring those glasses to school.
Parent Support and Resources
We kindly ask for parental support responsible technology habits at home. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the changes or expectations, please feel free to contact the principal.
Thank you for your anticipated cooperation and support in fostering a learning-focused and respectful school community.

Learning Accommodations at University
