Families of students in grades 9–11 should have received an email with full details by March 13. The registration process for the 2026–2027 school year must be completed by 9:00am on Friday, March 27.
This email will include:
To confirm your son’s place at St. Paul’s next year, both the Online Registration Form and Payment Form must be completed by the stated deadlines.
Meeting these deadlines is especially important, as we are also in the admissions process and have a high number of applicants for next year.
The Maroon & White Society will be hosting a $2 relaxed dress code day on Monday, March 16th to raise funds for the Robb Nash Project.
There are also a few spaces remaining for students who want to attend the Robb Nash Project’s mental health presentation on March 18th, 2026 (10:30 am - 12pm) at the Centennial Concert Hall. This trip is open to any student in grades 9 through 12, with a limit of 45 students attending on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost of the field trip is $5.00 per student, which covers transportation to and from the event. Parents are asked to complete this form (https://permission.click/y45b9/ca) and submit payment online.
Robb Nash was 17 when he had a serious car accident that caused a traumatic brain injury. Music became his way to process what he went through, and he eventually built a professional rock career. However, he realized the part that mattered most was using his story and his music to reach students. He left the music industry to focus on schools and communities, touring across Canada to help young people open up about their mental health and make positive choices. The Robb Nash Project's in-person, mental health presentation is an immersive experience that combines rock music with storytelling. The program talks about real issues students face, including depression, anxiety, self-harm, and addiction. More information can be found at the Robb Nash Project (https://www.robbnash.com/), specifically the webpage for in-person presentations (https://www.robbnash.com/inperson).

Attendance is mandatory as this is an all-school event and students are encouraged to double check the posted attendance station lists and core group colours at school prior to Tuesday, March 17th. Any discrepancies should be reported to Ms. Rellinger via Teams ASAP. Students are reminded to dress for their activity and in their core group team colour. Anyone participation in the Winter Olympics on behalf of their core group in the afternoon must be in non-marking shoes. Students and their parents/guardians are reminded to complete a waiver form if their activity requires one (Activate, bouldering at The Hive, indoor trampoline at Fun Park, and laser tag at LaserTopia). Students will be reminded of this step over the weekend via group Teams messages. The day will begin with attendance at 8:50 for all students. From there, students will participate in their morning activities, returning for the ‘St. Paul’s Olympics’ event in the afternoon. Except for those whose activity station is at the school, all students will depart the school after 9:00 am and will be bussed to their activity. All students will return to the school at ~12:00 pm for lunch. Lunch will take place between 12:00-1:15 pm. All students will then participate in the ‘St. Paul’s Olympics’ in the MultiPlex until ~2:45-3:00 pm, after which they will be dismissed.
