Winter Sports Day

Winter Sports Day is nearly here! Student Council is getting ready for the big day and we look forward to the whole school engaging in a fun-fill active day!

A reminder that the deadline to sign up is Tuesday, March 12th. Registration can be completed online via the Permission Click form link emailed. This link will allow you to register your son(s) online for his chosen morning activity, grant permission for him to participate in Winter Sports Day, as well as sign a waiver/acknowledgement of risk form on his behalf. Fees collected on Permission Click include the activity fee, bus fee, and processing fee. This year, all payments will be made through Permission Click.

All events will be filled on a first come, first served basis. A spot for your son’s activity will not be guaranteed until a Permission Click form is completed. This includes any activity that requests students to enter as teams (hockey and basketball). All members of the team must be registered in order for that team to be made. If there are students registered without a team, they will be placed on a team. Students should bring their team roster to Ms. Rellinger in Room 127 ASAP once a Permission Click form has been completed.

Attendance is mandatory as this is an all-school event. If a student fails to register for one of the activities by the end of the day on Tuesday, March 12th that student will be assigned all-day (9:00 am - 3:00 pm) study hall. Students attending study hall will not be permitted to participate in the Olympics’ events in the afternoon.

Students are reminded to dress for their activity. Students and parents are reminded complete a waiver form if their activity requires one (Activate, bouldering at The Hive, indoor trampoline at Flying Squirrel, and laser tag at LaserTopia).
