We would like to inform you about an essential upcoming event for your sons enrolled in both Basic French and Advanced French courses 9 to 11.
From May 19th to June 8th, our school will be conducting intensive preparation sessions and oral exams for French language proficiency. It is crucial that your sons attend school regularly during this period to adequately prepare for and present their oral exams.
These oral exams not only contribute significantly to their overall French language proficiency assessment but also offer invaluable opportunities for practical language application and skill development.
Your support in enduring your sons’ attendance and readiness for these exams is greatly appreciated. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter.
Thank you for your cooperation and continued support of your sons’ education.
Kindest Regards,
St. Paul’s High School French Department.

Convocation Reception – Tuesday, June 30/26
Calling all Grade 9, 10 and 11 parents! The Convocation Reception is one of the most attended events hosted by the Parent Guild. We need 8 volunteers to help out during the three possible shifts. We need 2 volunteers for the first shift from 12:00-2:00 and you would be prepping beverages and cutting dainties. For the second shift, we need 5 volunteers to help out from 2:00-4:00. You will be getting the Cass Gym ready for the reception as well as replenishing the trays/beverages during the reception. And the third shift needs 1 volunteer from 4:00-5:00 to help clean up the dainties and beverages and to get Murray Hall Kitchen all tidied. We realize this event is at the end of the year and some of us may already be in summer mode with our sons being done school. This is such a wonderfully planned and busy event, so if you can spare a couple of hours to help out, it would be so appreciated! If you are interested in volunteering on Tuesday, June 30, please sign up HERE.
